We make sense of what your Bridge Map revealed. Why your body has been responding this way. Why this was never a discipline problem, and never your fault.

Is this therapy?

No. The Bridge Programme is trauma-informed coaching and psychoeducation. If therapy is what you need, I'll tell you honestly on the Clarity Call.

Do I need to take The Bridge Map first?

Yes — your Bridge Map results are the foundation. The programme is built around your specific nervous system profile, not a generic template.

What if I'm outside Ireland?

Coaching is available worldwide — sessions happen online. Speaking and consultancy are Ireland only.

How many places are available?

I work with a small number of women at a time so every programme gets my full attention. If there's a wait, I'll let you know and you won't be pressured.

What's the investment?

We discuss this on the Clarity Call, alongside whether the programme is the right fit. There's no obligation.
